Note:- Please read the article for adding Terms and Conditions to Invoices and Quotes
Please ensure that you have a backup of the Layout you are editing. If you are unsure about how to use this editor, please contact your partner or Infusion Support before proceeding.
Identify the name of the layout or report by previewing it on the screen. The filename will be at the top of the preview.
Go to Help / Report/Label Editor
Scroll through the list of files.
If the filename above is not present:
- Go to the Infusion/Reports folder in Windows Explorer.
- Find the filename above.
- Select the *.frx and *.frt files matching the filename above and right-click and select COPY.
- Go to the Infusion/Custom folder, right click, and select Paste.
The file will now be available when you exit and go back to Help / Report/Label Editor
If the filename was already available in Help / Report/Label Editor, please create a backup before editing the layout.
Copy both files as above and create a new folder called “HIDEME” in the Custom folder. Paste the files into the new folder as your backup.
You can now select the filename from the Report/Label Editor initial screen and click Modify Report/Label to edit and make changes to your report layout.
Select Report / Properties
Select Optional Bands and tick boxes Report has summary and summary prints as a new page, select ok.
This will now allow the summary Tab to be opened and the Terms and conditions added.
Select the field tab and insert it into Summary Tab
Click on the 3 Dots to Access the Expression builder
The Expression Builder will allow you to enter in 255 characters that fit in each of these boxes. It may be necessary to add extra text boxes to fit the required Terms and Conditions.
For the Text to Show add the Quote Marks ' at the start and finish of the text.
You will need to save and close the file before testing a preview within Infusion.
You will then need to close the preview in Infusion before editing the file again.
