When I check my sales analysis report I am seeing a lower than expected margin on my recurring invoices.
Solution
If you are using recurring invoices, they will look at the date and prepare the same invoices for the new date. Recurring invoices do not update cost or retail pricing. But ticket 13768 has been added to address this.
For recurring invoices, it is recommended that users use the show costs option to check the margin. If prices have increased, right click on the product code and open the product. Save and you will be prompted to reset the product. This will update the cost prices and the retail price.
