Why can’t I alter the Customer Group for any of my Customers? It is greyed out.
Solution
Access to change a Customer Groups is controlled by the setting for a staff member
- Allow Access to Terms and Pricing
This is because a Staff member who is not able to change the price level or default discount for a Customer, should not be able to adjust the Customer’s group setting, as that may result in the Customer having a discount set through the Discount Matrix functionality.
