Address Lookup - Wrong Address Used

I am looking up an address, and when I select the correct one from the list

It populates with a totally different address.

Solution

The address in this case it Te Kawa Road.  If this is selected the correct address is populated.  But if it is entered as Tekawa, the system is getting confused and using the wrong address.
