Statements Take A Long Time To Prepare

When we run our statements they are taking hours to prepare.  Can we make this faster?

Solution

In the first instance check the Unallocated Payment Report.  Tidy up as many of these transactions as possible.  Any unallocated payments are used in the creation of statements and the customer aged trial balance, even if the customer account is zero.

Check the size of the logo being used to ensure it is between 15-50 kb.
