Customer Loyalty Rewards embedded in the software.
Defaults are set up under Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Loyalty Defaults.
The scheme can be retrospectively activated, Admin / Other / Retrospectively Activate Loyalty Scheme, and nominate the date.
The rewards are calculated within the software Customers / Process Loyalty Rewards
Letters can be generated.
Sits alone from main Infusion database, this can only work on the main DATA dataset. There is a loyalty program for setup and reporting, and a sync program to pick up information from Infusion.
Partially or fully paid invoice attract rewards if paid by due date (+small extra days allowance can be added).
Can report on pending rewards waiting for customer to redeem.
Customer can use reward as payment against new invoices.
