If you have quotes which cannot be converted into an invoice and have checked they are active, then check to see if the customer record has a customer type set up.
A new process that relates to the Insurance Job Type, sees a new tab on a Quote form when the Customer Type is activated under Admin / Defaults / Job Management Defaults - Insurance. When a quote to a linked Insurance Company is raised, a new box appears.
This box prevents the Quote being turned into an Invoice, it must follow the Insurance Job Type process.
If you do not use Customer Types, it is possible to set the Insurance Company Customer Customer Type in Admin / Defaults / Job Management Defaults - Insurance, Change the default to **Not Configured**
