Infusion Collect is a browser based automated debt collection software that sends email reminders to customers with outstanding Infusion invoices.
Setting up Infusion Collect
Setting up Infusion Collect is really easy – customers can do it for themselves by going to https://www.infusioncollect.com/ and selecting the Get Started option. You’ll then be walked through the setup steps. Or see Infusion Collect Installation
Troubleshooting Infusion Collect
Note: When setting up and sending emails to the “Sandbox” if you don’t like the sample that was sent and want to test the change (eg. Change the logo size) you will need to wait until the next scheduled email round. There is currently no “Test Email” option.
