Insurance Quote not Converting to a Job Correctly

We have set up the Insurance Job type following the instructions.  But when I convert the quote into a job, it does not have the Insurance tab and the Quote swaps to the Customer.

Solution

The Insurance tab only shows if the Customer is set up as type Insurance Company. 

But for this not to work, check the Job Types, is Insurance Job showing? 

Contact your Partner or Support to have this added to the Tables in Grp L.  This is a system reserved status so you are not able to add it yourself.
