Update Customer Terms Utility

A utility is available on request which allows the user to update customer terms to Cash Sales if there are no sales in the software for 2 years.

A .CSV file is exported noting the updated customers.

A note is added to the Customer stating "Terms to Cash Sale on [today]".

There are no selection criteria included other than the date of last sale being more than 2 years ago.  Criteria can be added on request.
