Email Customer Pricelist Utility

There is a utility available on request which emails selected customers a pricelist that includes their calculated price and the standard retail price.

Their calculated price takes into account all normal pricing calculations including Discount Matrixes, Customer Discounts, Contract Rates etc.

This utility can be set to run automatically as a Scheduled Task from your server at a defined interval (eg. The first Monday of each month).

The list of recipients is easily editable and multiple contacts within a company can be emailed.

Please contact Infusion Support or your Certified Partner.  The Utility is free but the installation will be charged.

Sending to Multiple Contacts for One Company

The Utility recreates the recipient list from the custpl.csv file each time it runs.  You can send to many email addresses at one account or many accounts at one email address as long as they are listed on separate rows in the spreadsheet.  For this reason, the Customer Account number is included in the exported Price list.

Email Settings

The Utility sends the Pricelists using the Email Defaults set within Infusion.

GST Inclusive / Exclusive

The Export will export prices either Inclusive or Exclusive of GST depending on the system settings.  It is recommended to include a note on this in the body of the email.

Multiple Data Folders

At this point the Utility can only work with a single data folder per Infusion folder. Contact Infusion support to run for more than one data folder.

Filtering Product Lists

The Utility runs for all active products.  To limit this list please contact Infusion Support.
