How do I assign new account numbers to Customers I am importing into Infusion?
Find your maximum account number by sorting the Manage Customers screen by Account. Include Inactive Records. Start your new account numbers at the subsequent number and the import routine will import. Set the next Customer account to after your maximum imported account in Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults.
Please Note
If you are importing terms for customers that were previously on Cash Sale Terms you will need to contact Infusion Support so they can set the Cash Sales flag to False before the customer will be recognised as having terms.

How do I automatically assign Sort Keys to my new Customers?
If you have automatic sort key creation turned on in Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults.
By opening each Customer Infusion will automatically create the Sort Key.

Use the arrows at the the bottom of the screen to move to the next Customer to generate the Sort Key.

How do I assign Terms to new Customers in Infusion?
Use the Aging Method and Aging Days import fields.
Aging Method:
1 = Number of Days
2 = Cash
3 = Days after End of Month
For Aging Methods 1 and 3, add the Aging Days field.
Eg: Aging Method = 3, Aging Days = 20 means pay on the 20th of the following month.
Aging Method = 1 , Aging Days = 7 means pay 7 days after the date of invoice.
