There are a number of ways to add notes to Invoices within Infusion. These are also available in Jobs, Purchase Orders, Product Transactions where appropriate.
Default Layouts use these notes in different ways. To add or remove a note from a layout contact your Certified Partner or Infusion Support for more information.
