Customer Sales Analysis Reports and Their Data Source

The data that generates the CUSTSA01 – CUSTSA05, CUSTSA10 – CUSTSa14, CUSTSA20 – CUSTSA24 reports comes from CUSTHIST.

This is the invoice data summarizes by month and year and by Customer Account.

Where an account has a Head Office, the sales are recorded by the Head Office, NOT by the individual branch accounts.

The data that generates the other sales analysis report such as CUSTSA40 , DDCUSTSA40, this comes from the INVIDX, INVLN data, which is the actual invoice data.

The sales are reported against the Customer to whom the sale was made, the Banch Account, not the Head Office account.

Any of those reports where sales are reported by REP, the report also uses the Sales Rep from the Invoice, NOT the Customer’s Sales Rep.
