Can we set up the system to automatically email packing slips to the warehouse for the dispatch of products?
In order to do this the email defaults in the system need to be set up.
From Admin / Settings / Manage Product Location select the tick box and enter an email address.
There is a setting under Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults to indicate if Packing Slips are to be emailed at the time of Saving or Posting of the Invoice
At the time of saving / processing the invoice, if the Customer is not set up to receive emailed packing slips, this box will appear
If the Customer is set up to receive Packing Slips, all buttons will be active.
The emails do not get queued, they get sent immediately.
