Formatting Names and Address to Proper Case

Our Customers and Suppliers are being set up with in range of upper or lower case.  Can we use one case only?

Solution

There is no setting to select upper case only.  We do not recommend that these details are all set up in upper case (this now indicates shouting).  The spell check will not work on upper case.

We do have a default to ensure Proper case is used.

This means that if a name is entered all in capitals, the system will convert it to having a capital letter at the start of each word and the rest in lower case.  It also recognises words like MacDonald and capitalizes these correctly.
