We have replace one Sales Rep for another on our staff, can we make the same change in Infusion as well?
Yes you can. Go to Customer / Utilities / Swap Sales Rep. There are a number of parameters that can be selected when it comes to changing the Sales Rep.
The parameters have been updated in version 8.465 to now include Region and Customer Type.
Pre 8.460 Screen
The change will apply for all new Invoices.
If none of the required selection fit, then it is a matter of changing the Customer's Account one by one.
