Not All Customers Showing On Reports

If I run a Customer Delivery Addresses report I am not seeing all my Customers.  I started using Infusion from August 2016 so I have added that as the "Date When Added"

Solution

If you were using another Software Program before Infusion then in the Date when added field, delete out the information.

Now the report will include every Customer including those with blank dates in this field.

The Date When Added come from Customers / Terms and is the Created Date.
