Can I Edit My Sort Key?

We use Sort Key's all the time and want to change some to be more user friendly.  How do we do this?

Solution

Currently under Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults, the Automatic Sort Key creation will be ticked. 

Untick this box to allow editing of the Sort Key.  Once finished remember to tick it back on for the Automatic Creation.
