Finance Charges And Interest

When interest has been added to an Overdue account and the amount falls into the range that is being charged, interest will again be added.

For example:

 Alice Smith has been charged interest in March and still has not paid in June when the Finance Charges are processed.  This amount will also calculate interest on the interest charged in March.

Unless the Charge Due is manually edited to not include the interest from March.
