Printing Packing Slips With Invoices

When can we print Packing Slips with our Invoices?

Solution

Depending on what is required, the system can be set up to print or email  packing slips when Saving or Posting, from Admin / Defaults / Manage Customer Defaults - Invoices.

or when saved or posted the Packing Slip can be recreated by right clicking

The Packing Slip is now available regardless of the above defaults or the status of the invoice.

There are six different Packing Slip layouts to select.

To select the default Packing Slip go to Admin / Layouts / Manage Packing Slip Layout
