Cashflow Analysis Report

Under Cashbook / Reports - Monthly or 12 Months.  

These reports look backwards at where the money came from and where it went to. i.e. whatever has ACTUALLY gone into or out of the bank accounts, over the last month or the last 12 months.

These are not to be confused with the Cash Flow Forecasting function that predicts forward.  This is  based on budget figures and the actual bank accounts as at a certain date, plus various parameters.  i.e. they PREDICT or FORECAST what will go in and out of the bank accounts.

They are only connected in that they report about money and bank accounts, but one is ACTUALS and one is FORECAST.

The values you see on the Analysis report are calculated in the background and populated to a temporary table just for the report.

They come from the transactions that are in FINTRANS against the relevant bank account(s)
