General Ledger Balances

Looking at the Enquiry option we see that all General Ledger codes have a balances tab.

When selected this will show a running total for all transactions posted to this code.

For all GL Codes in the P & L, these figures start again at the beginning of each financial year. 

The codes in the Balance Sheet, we can see that the figures move from one year to the next.

The last figure is copied down to all months.
