Using the Export Products from the Products / Utilities / Export Products option, this will export every product to an excel spreadsheet.
Users are prompted to the location of the saved file. It is automatically names Products, but this can be altered.
The spreadsheet will automatically open
The header row contains the names from the Products table and will be in shortened form.
Alterations can be made to some of these columns and imported back into the software using the Import Data from the Admin/Import Data Menu.
But it is important to note that no all fields are able to be imported into, so check first.
The Export Utility includes inactive products as well, these are in the Inactive column(DD) in the sheet and T means that the product is inactive.
To see only active products, either sort the sheet by this column or see Exporting Products from the Manage Products Screen
