ScanSKU Stocktake Scanner

Please see the instructions from the Stocktake scanner that you have.  These are generic instructions on how to scan and prepare the file for importing.

Depending on the scanner, some will allow you to import in your product list to the device.

Use the Scanner to scan the products and enter in the Quantities.

The device was set up with a Gmail account to email the document for import.

Label the document STKTAKEB in file format .CSV

Export & Share – Once this arrives open the file and delete the header, description, and several lines below the data. 

Preparing the File 

The file to be imported only requires two columns, Format column A to numbers 0 decimal points.

The headers below are to indicate the columns only, please delete them out.

Copy the file into the Infusion folder.

Note, please remove any other stktake.csv or stktakeb.csv files.

Open your existing stocktake or begin a new one.  See Stocktake Support Manual and import the count.
