Exporting Products from the Manage Products Screen

To export all products see Exporting all Products this will include inactive products as well.

To export only the active products, from the manage products screen select the Change Column box at the top right of the screen.

Select Excel and this will send all products that are displayed on the Manage Products screen out to Excel. This will include only the active products.

Name the file and select the location for it to be saved to, Tip - create an Internal Reports folder to save any reports into.

Note, if a search or filter is applied this is the data that will be exported.

The products list then appears looking the same as the manage products screen.
