Created a New Product But This Is Not Showing When Searched For

I have created a new product and saved it.  But, when I search for the product, it is not showing.

If I scroll down my product list, I can see it.

Solution

The search plus column is populated after a reindex.  If the product code is not showing when searched for, but it is in the product list, when all users are out of the system and after a backup.  Run a reindex
