My Job is a Trade in but when I open it I am getting a warning
"Unable to Add the Same Traded In Product to This Trade In Job"
Solution
This message appears when the Job Status is Trade In and it was created while the Go To Code box is ticked in the System Defaults.
The Product code will be removed from the job, but continue adding products and once the job is ready select the Add to Stock button and everything will work correctly.
Or, exit the job without saving, go to Admin / Defaults / Manage System Defaults and remove the tick for "Go To Code".
Go back to the job and this message will not show.
Ticket 13243 has been raised to resolve this.
