Delete Old Bank Account

How do I delete an old bank account?

Solution

If the bank account is still being used, see Can I set the Order in Which the Bank Accounts Appear

Open the Financials and navigate to the bank account.  By unticking the Bank Account, this will permanently remove this bank account from the list.

After three years of zero transactions, this bank account can be deleted by going to Admin / Deleting / Delete GL ID and selecting the GL ID.

Once done do a GL Integrity check.
