Utility - Delete Products by Group

This Utility will delete all Products in a particular Product Group even if they have transactions. 

• It will not delete products that are allocated on pending transactions.
• It does not delete products which have an on-hand qty - whether negative or positive.
• We recommend creating a new Group called ZZDEL for use when cleaning up bulk products for deletion.

Support or your Partner have to install the Utility for you.

To use

Backup prior to using

Run Product Integrity & Reindex PRIOR and POST running to complete cleanup of data.

The Utility is installed in Admin / Custom Utilities

Select to open.

Select the Product and when ready Delete.

This takes some time to run (typically 30 minutes to 2hrs) so do it at the end of a day.
