Contract Rate Update by Preferred Supplier Utility

A custom utility is available on request that updates fixed rate only contract rates by a percentage (either + or -).

We recommend you take a backup prior to using this utility.

This utility runs from the Admin \ Export menu.

There is no other filtering available,  this could be added by request.

A backup CSV file of the contract rates table is created before the update.
