How can I see which services are due over the next twelve month?

Solution

There is a report Forecasted Services,  available which gives the numbers of services that are due over the next 12 months.  The reports lists the numbers by service type with a grand total.

The report is found on the Customer Items menu – just above the sub-menu option Servicing

The parameters can be selected

The report will give an indication of the services due.
