Stocktake Variance Report has Incorrect Quantities

Our stocktake Variance Report shows Products that were not in our stocktake.

Solution

Call your Partner or Support Staff who will clear out the OLDONHAND column of the Product.  This should not contain a value and if it does is a carry over from a previous version where an update was carried out while a Stocktake was in progress.
