If there is no stocktake in progress there should be no quantity in either OLDONHAND or OLDALLOC field of the Product. You are free to delete the quantity from these fields if you see them filled in this situation.
This is a carry over from preV8.00 and a Stocktake in progress during the upgrade. The procedure for dealing with this has changed in later versions.
