Trial Balance that is not Balancing

Run a General Ledger Integrity Check fix any problems especially Auto Created Accounts.

Look at the Financial Audit Check Report Deal with any journals that are not balancing

Check the Balance Sheet has the Profit Year to Date adding up into the Year End Account for Retained Earnings.

Check the Balance Sheet are any Shareholder Accounts adding up into Opening Balance Accounts for the Shareholder/Director and confirm that it is the individual account that adds up  not a totaling account for the Shareholders Transactions.
