Unmarked Costs Showing on the Report

I have marked Products in my Job as Unauthorised 

but it is still showing on the Job Detail Report totals.

The design of the report is to show all cost against the Job, so that the true profitability of the entire job can be reviewed.  If a Product as been entered against the Job it will show on this Report.  The Auth/Billed column on the right will show the status but not have any impact of total Costs and Sell prices.

Totals do not add to the Total Sell

The Totals box gives a Summation of the Costs, Sell Profit Markup and Margin related to each individual Job.

The report calculates the Total Sell as the value that has been invoiced,

minus the GST

plus any it adds the sell value for any cost lines that are unbilled on the job.

                ie, it is a value that is the "potential total sell" of the whole job.

If a Job is made up of a Quote and also includes Progress Payments, Version 8.461 includes a new total, Total Sell Billed. This allows for all of these figures to be included.
