Financial Reports And Their Calculation Subroutines

When a Profit and Loss or Balance Sheet runs, the report calls a subroutine that adds up all the transaction account entries. This calculates all the totals and Opening stock, Year end values.

The subroutines all do a number of loops through the data, so that at the end there is a table which the report can just print all the Month To Date or Year To Date values.
