Why Are All Of Our Jobs Assigned When Opening?

When we open a Job, it is automatically assigned to a staff member, why does this happen?

Solution

There are two reasons that this may happen:

Option 1

If you have set up a Sales Rep for the Customers

This will also carry through to the Assigned To on Jobs

So it will be necessary to change this each time if it is incorrect. 

Option 2

If you are right clicking on the Customer to open a job, the details of the logged on user will show if there is no Sales Rep.
