What Does The Include Unposted Transactions Box Mean?

This check box in Profit and Loss reports, Trial Balance or Balance Sheet reports or other Financial Reports relates to an unposted transaction journals.

It is designed to allow you to test the effect of a Journal on your report to ensure it is achieving the result you require before posting it.

It does not include pending invoices, uncompleted jobs or uncompleted purchase orders.
