Following the Changes to the Warranty system in November 2017 the recommended format for the set up of a Customer is as follows

Points to note
The State is to be entered in the short form, NSW, VIC etc or the Warranty Service will not recognise the entire word.
The Postcode is required field for the Warranty to send.
Enter the phone number with spaces in it for convenience when making phone calls, it is easier for the eye to follow gaps and reduces the risks of error when dialling. Searching and SMS will remove the gaps.
Always ask before ticking the Accepts Electronic Marketing Messages box. This is a legal requirement.
