Option 1
In the cases where you websale has not appeared in Sprockit, the first thing to do is to open the Services from the Server computer.
Then within this list please locate SWS Service 1
Stop and then Start the service
Once that has been done, with the next 15 minutes the websale should arrive.
Option 2
The connection to the WebSales system is also interrupted if you are seeing a backup in progress message when logging in.
If this is showing, please either run a new backup or go into Admin / Other / Who's Logged on and clear the message at the bottom of the screen.
If it does not then please call Infusion Support.
