To edit an RDP connection you need to right click on the icon and choose Edit.
Prior to making any changes please log off Infusion and Sign off the Hosted Server.
Advanced Tab
Under Connect from anywhere section, select settings and ensure that it is set up as below
General Tab
Credentials can be saved so the connection remembers the Computer, Username and Password, tick Allow me to save credentials
When new connections are being supplied it is necessary to add each username and save the RDP Connection to every computer.
If the wrong password has been saved or the details need to be changed the, on the screen above is the option to edit or delete the details. Select the relevant option and remember to Save.
If the incorrect details continue to appear go to the Control Panel / Credential Manager - Credential Manager and select to edit or delete the Window Credential that is identified by TERMSVR/
Display
It may be necessary to change the size of the remote desktop or if multiple screens are available, they can be selected for use from this tab.
Local Resources
Both Printers and Clipboard should be ticked so that users can access these from the remote connection (useful for Excel)

Selecting the More button will allow users to select Drives to be used in the Remote session. Use the + icon to select the drives to be used after selecting the box.
Following any changes go back to the General Tab and Save the Connection Settings.
Log back on to the Hosted Server.
