Once Infusion Support have set up We-Capture for you and have provided you with the Account Code, (if adding a new phone, check the settings of an existing user - Support theses are stored in Live) you need to download the We-Capture app for your smartphone or tablet at the link below:
- Google Play Store (for Android phones and tablets): We-Capture (Play Store)
- Apple App Store (for iPhones and iPads): We-Capture (App Store)
When you open this app you should first see a login screen:
- Enter the Account Code.
- If you require an email notification each time a new photo is uploaded to We-Capture, enter your email address. If you do not want the email confirmation, leave blank.
- If you are the only user of the device enter Created by or leave blank and fill in as necessary.
The following screen holds the Menu Options
Select Settings
Scroll down to see Web View. Turn this on.
Select Photos
It will show the Account Code, In the Centre Box, enter the Job ID and the bottom box is for the Technician.
After taking the photo, select finish on the camera when done.
Read Unsent Files: Any photos that are not sent due to lack of internet connection or unsuccessful upload will sit in the Unsent files folder and can be edited.
History: allows users to see photos that have previously sent or to edit and send again.
Settings: Holds the Account information and preferences of users.
