Following the Installation and Setup of the Customer Portal, clients can now log in to access the portal as long as certain criteria is met.
The Website to log into is:
As long as under the Customer Details screen in Infusion the Exclude from Accounts Portal is unticked
Using their email address, which must be set up in the Customer Details as:
- The Main Email Address
- An email address for receiving Invoices
- An email address for receiving Statements
They can then request a password that then allows them to log into the Portal and reprint invoices as required
