We wish to use the SMS facility. How do we activate this?

To sign up please use this link https://www.smsglobal.com/mxt-sign-up/ Any questions you can use the chat bot for support.
Once they have provided a SMS Sender ID, Username and Password enter in Infusion Software in the SMS Defaults - found in Admin / Defaults / SMS Defaults to be sent.
New Zealand setup
SMS SenderID:
- This is account ID. Can be found in any Invoice OR contacting SMS Global
- The account ID needs to be registered as a SenderID
- Navigate to SenderID, then follow steps using Account ID as SenderID. Rest of it can be left blank/filled out as 000/xxx (documents also do not matter) - your customers can also just tell our support team where they are from (i.e infusion) and we can do that for them, just add whatever you think is best.
UserName & Password
Can be found in API & integrations > API Keys > Master API
Australia set up
SenderID:
- This is the business name, but actually has to be registered properly.
- Again, navigate to SenderID, but follow the steps to register business name with documents & ABN. SenderID in SMSGlobal must match in Infusion.
