Job Management And Product History

I have quoted a Customer for a Job and ended up using other items.  Which ones will appear in the Product History?

Solution

When you put items onto a job they do NOT get included into the Customers Product History.

• If you invoice the job and use ACTUALS, then yes, the items will be included in the Product History
• If you invoice the job and use QUOTED, then it included in the Product History any items that are on the quote.  BUT, it does not take those items out of stock.  So if you quoted apples, but used bananas on the job, when selecting invoice from quoted, the bananas have gone out of stock, but are not on the Product History and the apples are listed on the Product History and do not go out of stock.
