There is a policy in place which stops the use of OneDrive on the Infusion hosted servers. This makes sense as OneDrive is a resource hungry application.
We therefore have decided that the best solution is that the users RDP shortcut is setup to map the users’ local drive(s) for use inside the Hosted session.
To do this, right click on the RDP icon and select Edit, select the local resources tab, then the more button:
Expand the Drives selection by clicking on the plus sign:
Then tick which drive the user would prefer, usually the C Drive, unless they have a specific drive where reports are saved.
Select OK, Go back to the General tab, and Save the changes.
