Hosted Server User - View Changed

Hosted Server user called reporting that they could not do anything on the Hosted Server, they are only getting two options, Window Server and Remote Desktop connection.

Clicking on either will say that the window is blocked

Solution

Check the notification button in the bottom right corner of the lower tool bar, the square speech box.

Change from Tablet mode, you will then be able to see your standard desktop.
