POS Receipt Printer Printing 40 Column Docket

A POS terminal was set to print POS05 layout -  a true type receipt.

When printing to Microsoft Print to PDF – this setting was obeyed, but when printing to the receipt printer, it defaulted back to the 40 Column Docket.

Suspect that it was an older printer that didn’t support true type printing.

Either accept the Docket layout and set as such in the POS Defaults, or update the printer driver or the printer to allow printing to Truetype layouts.
