Hosted Server users that receive a message when they go to select the RDP Connection saying that "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support. for assistance, contact your system administrator or technical support"
This may appear after a Windows update and is usually seen on an XP computer where it is no longer able to connect to the Hosted Server.
Support for XP Computers is no longer available and we are unable to assist users in this instance.
